Refund policy

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included in the return shipment. Products should be mailed to: GoGoPowerJuice, Inc., 12015 Prologue Ave, Orlando, FL 32832, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: customerservice@gogopowerjuice.com.

Sale items 
Sale items are "final sale" and is non-returnable, non-exchangeable. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@gogopowerjuice.com and send your item to: GoGoPowerJuice, Inc., 12015 Prologue Ave, Orlando, FL 32832, United States.

Warranty 
Battery Pack 
GoGoPowerJuice Portable Battery Pack have a warranty period for (90) days from the original sale date for any defects in workmanship and material, under normal residential use and conditions, 
not caused by misuse, abuse, excessive wear and tear, etc. 

Charging Dock 
GoGoPowerJuice Charging Dock have a warranty period for (12) months from the original sale date for any defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and conditions, not caused by misuse, abuse, excessive wear and tear, etc.

Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. GoGoPowerJuice, Inc. agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is
subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the product the on original dated sales receipt. To file a warranty claim, please send us an email at customerservice@gogopowerjuice.com and provide detailed information and evidence (photos and/or videos). We will review and respond within 48 hours with additional information.
